Data Deletion Instructions

You may ask Bifrost Launch to delete personal information associated with your Facebook or Instagram communications.

How to submit a request

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Include the Facebook or Instagram username used to contact the business account.
3. Identify the business account or campaign you contacted and, if possible, the approximate date of the conversation.
4. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details, or identity documents in your initial request.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for reasonable verification that you control the relevant account. After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible records from systems controlled by Bifrost Launch within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and contractual retention requirements.

Deleting data from Bifrost Launch systems does not automatically delete information held independently by Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or the business account you contacted. You may need to contact those parties separately.
